Physician services are provided through the Clinical Director and the Unit Physicians. The Clinical Director is a Georgia Licensed Psychiatrist, Board Certified, who directly supervises all of the physicians on staff. All physicians on staff must hold a Georgia State License to practice medicine. All physicians have an appraisal of performance done on a yearly basis. They are privileged to practice based on their credentials, and are governed by the Medical Staff By-Laws. Duties include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge of clients.
