This is how it works!!

| Recruit a nurse and receive a cash incentive award in the amount of:
$50.00 Full-time Nurse
$25.00 Part-time Nurse |
|
| NOTE: The nurse must continue employment for three (3) months prior to claiming the incentive. |
|
|
Participate by:
- Obtaining and completing a Nurse Recruitment Card available in Human Resources.
- Have the nurse you recruit sign the card.
- Present the card to the Human Resources Department no later than the 1st week of orientation of the new employee.
